Husband keeps stealing it from me...

actually purchased to help me with homemade raviolis (needed something thin to scrape them off the counter once cut/made). Hubby keeps taking it for the grill as he is in love with it. Works great for all kinds of things. Was a bit expensive, but worth it.

I have been looking for a spatula specifically for turning delicate items such as fish.
I have several products from Kuhn Ricon and none of them have ever disappointed me. I will add this spatula to my list of great purchases.

Flexi spatula is very useful
by Northe , AZ

The spatula was purchased for my wife, and she is delighted with it. It seems that practically every cook on Food Network uses one, and we've been trying to find one locally for a long time. It's remarkable that stores such as Bed, Bath and Beyond don't carry a similar spatula. The only surprise was that this particular spatula turned out to be somewhat larger than we expected.

I love this spatula, it gives when you need a little bend in the spatula and it doesn't pick up all the oil and or butter from the frying pan. It flips and slides under food smoothly.

Retired and like to eat out

My husband and I are both retired so I don't cook much anymore. He is trying his hand at cooking..hmmm...and I watch the cooking show to get new ideas and menus to help us both. I love this spatula for turning over fish and oven baked chicken. It also cleans so easily.

I bought this spatula because I needed something big enough to turn fish and other delicate meats without causing damage. For that task it works well enough--the blade part of the spatula is 8

Perfect Fish Spatula
by Peggie, NV
November 1, 2007

This is the fish (and omelet) spatula you've been looking for! Easy to use and long enough to get all the way under that big piece of fish you want to flip without breaking the piece! Love it!

The concept is good ... however, it is a bit large and cumbersome to use.

This spatula is a great addition to anyones drawer. It makes lifting items of a delicate nature easier with its wide mouth and the slight upward angle at the end of the spatula.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

We try to keep up-to-date on how our favorite fish are doing. Sometimes, popular fish can be in danger of becoming overfished or extinct, and need some time to build up their numbers. Check online, or ask your fishmonger, which fish are the smart ones to choose.
