It's a very sharp knife and I do use it a lot. The only thing about it is that the handle is a little too thick. Other then that its great and my husband thinks the world of it.
It is for my husband for Christmas, so he hasn't opened it yet. I liked the way it looked and I'm hoping he will too.
The knife seems well made and very sturdy, not flimsey. The handle fits comfortably in the hand and well balanced.
my husband neded a good fillet knife for cleaning fish. he likes this one a lot
Take good care of your knives and they'll take care of you in return. Always hand wash them, then dry and put away immediately. Running them through the dishwasher will make the blades rusty.
