Fall-Front Bread Box (18x9.75-in.): Stainless Steel by Brabantia

I was looking for a large bread box and this one fits the bill.

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas presents--thinking I might keep one for myself. Unfortunately, one came pretty damaged and the other was fine, so I'm sending back the one I would've kept for myself. I probably will not exchange it. It's a lot lighter weight than it looks--kind of flimsy, actually. It's very pretty on the counter though, and will easily store 2 full loaves of bread plus other items. A bit expensive, but a nice product overall.

We own a high-altitude summer resort and the deli-fountain bread quickly dries out. We tried two of these last year and loved them. Just ordered 4 more.

I received this order in a timely manner. The bread box was packaged very carefully and did not have any dents. However, there was a flaw in the stainless steel top. We tried to polish it out, but the flaw was in the stainless steel. We decided to live with it, but for the price, it should have been perfect.

modern design, large storage area and flat top for placement of other items

This is a great breadbox, I like the flat top, the wife uses it to put other items on top. It is a little pricey and would be perfect if it were just a couple of inches taller. You can still fit in a lot of items from bread, crackers, rolls etc, but it is just a little too short to stack those items inside the box, ie to packages of hot dog or hamburger rolls. I would give this a perfect score if it were just a couple of inches taller....size does matter. I like the magnetic catch and the finish is nice too. Not an overall loss, just falling a little short.

I bought this bread box as a gift. It is almost impossible to find fall front bread boxes that are flat on top and are not made of wood. This one is perfect and exactly what the person wanted. Stainless is a nice touch, pricey but worth the money.

I have really used and appreciated this bread box. Now my counter top is clear and not cluttered with half a dozen different bread items. It also really looks super.

I do like my breadbox. However, we did not buy it for a breadbox. My husband likes to bake and this was the only vessel we could find big enough to handle the big cakes. One on the inside, one on the outside.

The product arrived damaged. There was a dent in it. We got most of it out but just didn't want to go through the hassel of returning it. We waited long enough for it to begin with.

All of our appliances are stainless steel, so this fit right in.

this breadbox holds even more than I expected. excellent. and looks nice too! A little pricey but overall I think it was worth it.

We love it! It mounted to the wall freeing up counter space.

This is a nice size box I can get two loaves of bread in it with room left over.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A BREAD BOX WITH A SHELF AND COULD ONLY FIND VINTAGE USED BOXES. I HAPPENED UPON THIS BOX ONLINE AND WAS PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER REVIEWS. I WAS ALSO HAPPY WITH THE BOX. IT IS ROOMY AND CLEAN. I CAN FIT 2 LOAVES OF BREAD AND SOME BUNS. IT GOES WELL WITH ANY DECOR AND THE FRONT DOOR WORKS PERFECTLY. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN THOSE USED BOXES. I EXPECTED A QUALITY PRODUCT FROM KRAFT AND WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!

We mostly keep boxes of crackers in our breadbox, and it was hard to find the right size and shape for that. I like the sleek modern look - and it's large enough inside to stack the boxes and make 2 layers while the flat top leaves a nice space for other items so it doesn't take up too much counter space overall. The only drawback is the shiny surface which looks great but shows every finger print,

We finally got rid of our microwave because we only used it as a bread box and it took up too much space. :) This bread box is so much better! It looks good on the counter, is well made and holds much more than we expected. I was a little hesitant about spending the money for it but am so glad we did.

Very efficient use of space and easy to use, this bread box is exactly what I had hoped to find.
