When designing kitchen tools, some manufacturers simply concentrate on function while others concern themselves more with the design. At Rosle, the engineers and artisans combine the best of both worlds spending days, months or years developing and designing each of their tools to exacting standards and specifications. This well-devised tool is made entirely of a high quality stainless steel, molded and carefully sealed so water cannot penetrate it. The blade frame is manufactured in one piece. Use it to peel fruits and vegetables very finely, leaving more nutrients. The double-edge blade cuts in both directions; the sharp fin is perfect for removing blemishes. A handsome ring on the end lets you hang and display it on your Rosle Rail System.

Without a doubt the best peeler I've ever used. Fits well in the hand and is heavy so it more or less glides through a potato peeling rather effortlessly.

I've used it to peel Kiwi, which can be difficult. It does the best job on cucumbers, by not removing too much of the skin.

I like this sleek slim design. It takes up way less room than some others I've owned and it works great, peels a thin layer so you don't waste a lot of the good parts.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Put your vegetable peeler to work. You can also use it to shave Parmesan onto a bowl of pasta, or to shave asparagus to twirl with linguine.
