I love using my Electric Pressure Cooker and this cookbook has recipes that are easy to prepare. Working late everyday is not a problem anymore.

Plenty of normal everyday recipes

I would prefer to have more of the practical everyday dinner recipes, but it's pretty good! I think to many cookbooks focus on recipes that the normal every day family cook will never try. This one actually has quite a few compared to a lot of the pressure cooker books out there. I wish it had more, but it's got quite a few, so I'm good with it. Can't wait to try the short ribs....yummy!
