Cheap, Not Inexpensive

The muffin rings are made of tin, and are extremely low in quality. They do not hold their shape at all well, and rust quickly, even when hand-washed and dried.

You'd be better off cutting the ends off of a tuna can.

Gluten-free breads are the consistency of canned icing. These rings allow me to make the perfect hamburger/sandwich bun for my husband.

In the two weeks since I received these rings I've made two batches of ciabatta hamburger buns and two batches of gluten free almond milk ice-cream sandwiches. The possiblities are endless. They come off the baked good easily and wash well. My only complaint is that they're not four inches.

My english muffins and scones are delicious even though they are gluten free. My daughter sent me some of the rings and then I ordered more.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

These rings also make great homemade sandwich buns. Before baking, brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds for a professional look.
