I usually love Le Creuset but this pan does not work for grilling at all. Everything sticks and it is impossible to get the residue off. A huge waste of money.

It would be better if it were slightly larger (perhaps 12") - some things needed to be split into two batches. The main reason I had purchased this was based on a review of grill pans and that you should use a grill pan if a grill was not available or convenient.

Typical Le Creuset fabulous!! This pan does however take some getting used to, medium heat works best when searing meats otherwise the pan tends to get too hot and smokes. Otherwise my steaks came out great and can't wait to use it again!!
