This is a lovely book with pictures of some of the recipes and they are delicious. The recipes have all the nutritional values listed so if you are on a special diet, it is not a problem. It is very convenient to use the table of contents or the index.
I have always enjoyed watching Ellie. Now having the recipe book to make healthier meals for my family is amazing. I'm challenged in the kitchen but the recipes are easy to follow and really delicious.
