I love this pan, use it every day, and have purchased it for family members. Great multi-use skillet!

When you need an ovenproof, non-stick frying pan, this is GREAT! It's solid and sturdy. Plus, it's handy to have a frying pan that has a see through lid for stovetop use as well. I'd recommend it, and will be buying other Circulon product as I replace my Calphalon (that ISN'T non-stick). AND, I didn't realize it had a lifetime warranty, as long as you hand wash it and follow the other instructions that come with it.

Now I'm spoiled!

Wow! I have never been so excited about cookware. I've owned some pretty average cookware in my life and until I cooked with the Circulon skillet, I had no idea what I was missing. I first browned ground beef and I went on and on to my husband the entire cooking time about the evenness of the browning - the speed -- and later, the clean up! My husband thought I was nuts, but it is honestly a night and day difference in using a quality pan and an average pan. If you have the right tools, I think cooking might be a JOY.

Love the lid -- a lidded skillet was a little hard to find at this price. It is a beautiful, solid piece of cookware. Heavy, but not too heavy. I look forward to a happy relationship with my Circulon skillet. . .and hope to add more Circulon pieces. I highly recommend this item.

Finally a Skillet with a Cover!

I love this skillet I bought from you. The best part is the cover. I use it a lot to make my famous veal dish. What makes it special is I can brown the veal first in the skillet, remove the meat, add onions, peppers and mushrooms and saute those, season and return the browned veal to the skillet, add some Zinfandel wine bring up to a simmer, cover and cook for about 40 minutes (stir occasionally) until the veal is fork tender. Serve over noodles or linguine. Before I had this skillet I would have to use two pans and this is great as I do the whole operation in one now. Also, cleanup is a snap! I would recommend this skillet and delivery was great and everything was packed very nicely. Thanks!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Reducing a sauce? Use a skillet; its larger surface area reduces sauces faster than simmering them in a saucepan.
