EarthPan II Nonstick Skillet (12-in.): Terracotta by EarthPan

Like all the other pieces it goes without saying this piece is excellant

I'm used to the dark gray or black non stick pans, but this one is dark brown like the picture and is very attractive. You would be proud to use it with company around. I did just get it, and cooked some eggs and pancakes with it and the eggs just slid off!! The pancake was easy to flip although stuck a little at first until it was cooked. The eggs stuck until cooked which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars because until cooked, the food seemed to stick, but once cooked food slid out. So scrambling those eggs was a little difficult. Still I do recommend this product!

A Very good purchase this pan changed the way i cook and the taste of my food very with a very smooth non-stick surface it just does the job.

I don't like using pans with PTFE, so when I found these I was exited. I have only had them about a month, but they seem to work really well. Nothing sticks and they are very easy to clean. I think this is a non stick technology I can get behind.

This is a great, light weight non-stick pan. It requires almost no oil to cook with. And its so easy to clean. Love it. Will buy more.
