Procelain Enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven (7-qt.): Hot Rod Red by Guy Fieri

I love being able to make stew in on pot, searing the chicken parts and then going back and combining the ingredients in the same pot and finally letting it all stew for hours over a low flame like it was meant to be done. The flavor produced by keeping the browning, sauteing of the onions and then building the stew step-by-step in this pot defies comparison. It also has a great finish that makes it easy to clean and attractive on the stove top. Why pay more for the big name? I don't rightly know!

After using my Dutch oven for the first time I am hooked. My dishes seem to come out better than ever. I will be ordering one in every size.

I got the red one and it's beautiful and substantial (read: heavy). I haven't actually used it yet but expect it to please me since it's enameled cast iron.
