Satisfied user in North Carolina
by Patricia, NC

These pressure cookers are worth every penny. They are well made, durable, and cook wonderfully! It's great to pressure cook without the aggrevating sputtering and whistling. The two tiered pressure indicator works great, too. The glass cover is great to use when you need to store what you have cooked and because it's see-through, it's a great cover when you're doing regular cooking, too. I highly recommend this product. Any downside - perhaps one. Because of the durable construction the pans are a bit on the heavy side.

First of all Kuhn Rikon is by far the best in the line of pressure cookers.
I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen and have cooked both professionally and at home. There is no substitute for good equipment.
Great Pressure Cooker
by Carmen, WA

This is a fine, heavy and sturdy pressure cooker that was easy to use. I did not have to worry about guessing the pressure and I love the ability to release the pressure before lifting the lid. Much safer than my old pressure cooker.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

You can get extra mileage out of your pressure cooker by using the bottom pan section as a saucepan when cooking larger quantities on the stovetop.
