THE RECIPES ARE A GREAT INTERPRETATION OF THE SHOW. THE STORIES, PICTURES AND ACTUAL RECIPES MAKE A PLEASURABLE READ. IF YOU LOVE PAT AND GINA, YOU WILL LOVE HAVING THIS BOOK IN YOUR COLLECTION.

I LOVE the Neely's! I record their show everyday! Before I ordered this cookbook, I would have a pen and paper to write down, if not ALL the recipes, MOST of them. I was a little disappointed to find that their cookbook did not have all the recipes that they do on the show, such as the Chicken and Dumplings, Peach Fritters w/ Orang Glaze, Neely's Egg Benedict on a Pork Croquette. Is it because the shows that are aired within the past couple months are a new season and have not yet been able to form into a cookbook? Will their be a new cookbook coming soon? I still LOVE the Neely's and will purchase their products and refer them to friends and family. Thank you Pat and Gina for all you do! Sincerely, I.A.

I could not wait to get the Neely's cookbook. I knew it would be a good cookbook by just watching their program on tv, which I watch daily. The receipes are so easy to understand and follow. So far I have already made 4 of the receipes and have only had the cookbook 6 days. They really do taste delicious. Can not wait to cook more of their receipes. The price is awesome. Our family will be having the "Sheppards Pie" tonight. Can not wait. It took about 2 weeks to get the cookbook. I consider this cookbook to be one of my most treasured of all my cookbooks. Do not hesitate to get it, you will be proud that you made the purchase.

I have enjoyed the Neely's receipes so much I ordered 2 books. One to keep and one for my mom. Pat, Gina and their families; Thank you for sharing your wonderful Down Home receipes. buz.

I have not tried any of the recipes yet, but I wanted to read their story and how they came together and it is very interesting.

I am thoroughly delighted with the cookbook. The recipes sound great and I am eager to try some of them. I also love the layout of the cookbook. It is very personal. Looking forward to cooking some great meals.

Just received my "Down Home with the Neelys" cookbook. Spent the rest of the evening reading and bringing myself up to date with information about the Neelys and, of course, their "out of sight" recipes. I was amazaed they were willing to enlighten everyone with their original home recipes and techniques. This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever bought and have already tried some of their recipes. I would recommend it to any and everyone. Thank you Gina and Pat, you are the greatest. I am an avid watcher of your tv show.

It is a great cookbook with easy recipes and look forward to using this for several years.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I loved the stories and the recipes. Gina and Pat seem so down to earth. It comes through in their cookbook. This book will allow me to try some new recipes on my family.

I throughly enjoyed reading the information about the Neely family and the pictures included in the book. I watch the program regularly and the pictures made one feel as if one had become a family member. The recipes are great. Many of them are like those of my parents and grandparents. Keep up the good work and I truly hope you put forth another great book. I told my brothers (I have 8) and found that 4 of them also ordered the book. Good Luck and keep up the good work.

Haven't had time to try the recipes yet but love the way they cook on the show. All sounds yummy which is why I bought the book.

The Neely's have finally brought all of their great recipes into print with their new cookbook. For me, this is a great timesaver, rather than running to the computer every time I see a recipe I could use from their show. Most importantly, every recipe I've tried is just great and full of flavor....and easy to complete. Way to go!

I love the cookbook. I have been waiting for this book to come out. I watch Down Home With The Neelys as often as I can. They are a great couple and enjoy being together. Their recipes are very good and simple to make.

great, but i wish there was a table of contents. the book is still fantastic despite that.

There are many great looking recipes in this book- especially for entertaining. It is also well written and cleverly done. I would definitely recommend this cookbook to any fellow Food Network fan! Can't wait to start cookin'!
