I was really disappointed in this product! I thought it would keep the food warm for awhile-- 45 minutes and my casserole was luke warm and I put it in right from the oven! It also leaks! Will not buy nor recommend. I would return the product, but since I used it...I will just chalk it up to a lesson learned!

When ordering this product I was impressed with the price because I thought the dish was included. I'm sorry maybe I didn't read everything carefully but I think it's crazy to think anyone would pay $25 for a cover. This is being returned and quickly!

I was very disappointed with this. I brought appetizers to a tailgate and only used the carrier for an hour. They were barely warm to the touch, not much difference than if I'd just put them in the car. I'll be looking for something else for the rest of tailgate season.

it totally was different than i thought from the picture and description i would not recommend this to anyone

Although this potlucker should function properly....the Racheal Ray stitching on the product is upside-down making you think you are holding it upside-down therefore if you tip it over...you will in fact be holding your dish....upside-down, making a huge mess. The money you spend on a signature product would lead you to think it would be made correctly.
