Rubber gasket installed backwards at factory resulting in drips/leaks.

This item was broken around the neck of the glass base. When I called Cooking.com, their rep sent a replacement immediately. The replacement has been received and is in perfect condition. It's a nifty way to serve syrup or honey.

Looks just like the syrup dispenser at your local diner. Controls the drips pretty well. What does drip stops flowing before it hits the table. The seal inside could fit better, though.

I was looking for a way to warm up syrup, and this dispenser works well for that. I simply pour in the syrup and put it in the microwave (without the top, of course) for a few seconds. It dispenses cleanly, is easy to wash, and looks great on the table!

We appreciated the care with which the dispensers were packaged; however, there were stickers stuck to many of them and it took a lot of work to get them clean enough to use. They seem to be working fine.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

If you're measuring out a sticky, viscous ingredient like honey or molasses, first lightly coat your measuring cup with cooking spray or another neutral-tasting oil. The sticky stuff will slide right out.
