The coffee maker was quite easy to use and convenient to pour one cup at a time. The downfall is that if you like to make a lot of coffee to have over the course of a few hours, the cups towards the end taste burnt. My wife does just that every morning, so we ultimately had to send it back.

I purchased and have been using this Deluxe Brew Station for about a month and could not be happier. It is without question one of the finest coffee makers I have ever used. I have already begun reccomending it to my friends.

This purchase was made to replace a 5 (+/-) year old, and well used HB Brewstation. This unit is far better than the one it replaced and I'm so excited to have hot, flavorful coffee again! Brewing options are convenient upgrades and the water pouring process prior to brewing is the best of the brewstations I have used. Love it.

The first one broke down about three weeks after I bought it. I contacted C.com and told them. The lady told me how to return it. The problem was I had to buy a new one first, then return the old one. (The coffee dispenser bar where you push your cup against to get the coffee, broke right away.)

The problem was I couldn't afford to buy a coffee pot then and even though it would not dispense the coffee as it was designed, it made good coffee so I would just pour it from the machine into the cups.

Finally I could afford this new one. It is just the cat's meow as far as a coffee maker. I love it.

I sent the old one back, but I am not sure they are going to replace it now as it has been quite some time, but they really should since it was a defective one as the part broke down right away.

Oh...this makes and keeps your coffee very hot. Great machine, great company, great service. What more can one ask for!
