Evening though I've only had the product a few week, I have used it several times. I like the recovery time when food are dropped in. I especially like the ease of cleaning, this is really the main reason that I purchased the product.
This fryer is easy to use, easy to clean and has a very quick temperature recovery time!! No mess / splatter thanks to the filtered lid, all parts are dishwasher safe and the automatic oil filter/recovery system works great!! No more messy funnels / cheesecloth to re-use the oil. Very impressed and I would definitely recommend this fryer for the price!!
