    In all the different ways to decorate cakes and cupcakes, I thought these were very basic and simple. I was looking for more. I thought with shipping and handling the total price was high.

    I sure wished it was hard cover. I quess I didn't pay attention. But this book is fabulous. and so beautifully done. I love their recipes and pictures. I will definately use it all my life to do my cake business. Lydia from Phoenix Arizona.
