    I have a fear of teflon!

    I know non-stick is an easy way to cook but i have read so many articles about how dangerous it is to cook with scratchable surfaces. I love my new set anfd feel safe cooking with them.

    Outstanding cookware

    This is by far the best cookware I've ever used. We've used Cuisinart stainless for a number of years and now I'm wondering why we didn't switch long ago. This copper core cookware heats up fast and cooks so uniformly - absolutely no hot spots - that it's a real pleasure to use every day. It's a little less convenient to have to hand wash the pots but that's the only small 'negative' to the copper core set. And it's a trade-off well worth making in my view
