Haven't really looked at all the recipes. Looks pretty good though from first glance. Seems to have some good down home recipes in it.

the recipes are easy and almost as fast as on TV. I will have to chop faster. I loved the show and the recipes bring on the flavor with all of the fresh ingredients. I love the way the dishes come out. Thanks again for the cook book.
