I really like the cookie sheets; however, the glue dots that were used to adhere the label were horrible!! Neither UnDu or GooGone fazed them. I resorted to using a plastic scraper, which was ruined, to finally get most of them off and then had to use a scrubber to remove the rest.

The cookie sheet is a bit flimsy and may warp

The cookie sheet is only average, at best. I like the size and cooking surface. I think the cookie sheet itself is a bit flimsy and will warp in the oven heat with repeated use. I also am not sure about how durable it is.

I tried the cookie sheets for the first time and had the best cookies yet. I had air bake cookie sheets and was very disappointed in my cookies. I look forward to seeing how they work out in the year ahead.

A Large Cookie Sheet!
by Shari, ID
July 27, 2011

I used the cookie sheet the first time yesterday. Have to get used to no sides on the sheet. Can bake 15 cookies instead of 12. Cookies baked nicely. Really liked the way they turned out. The grand size cookie sheet is a little large to wash in the sink! I would recommend it others. A bit pricey though!

OK cookie sheet

I was very excited to get the cookie sheet after reading the other reviews, however when I got the one I ordered, the bottom was not fully sealed. I called customer service, and they replaced it quickly. The new one was wonderful. It is fairly non stick, due to the grooves. It is a bit flimsier than I had expected (though I am used to thick airbake sheets). It cleans easily, and is a decent cookie sheet. I still prefer my old air bake sheets though.

old versus new
by Donnell, CA

Great cookie sheet. I quickly made a batch of cookies as soon as I received my sheet from you to test it out. I also used one of my old warped, air pocket sheet pans for comparison. The cookies on your sheet baked and browned evenly, while the other pan had dark and light cookies as well as mishapen cookies. I loved your pan and immediately ordered another so I can toss the old ones away! The only thing I was disappointed in was the length of time it took to get the pan. I ordered using the super saver as it was the most cost effective and it took over a week to get here. I placed my new order using standard shipping (which raises the price of the sheet substantially) and am waiting to see how long it takes.

doughmakers products

I have many doughmakers products. the only issue I ever have is that the loaf pan and cake pans don't appear to allow much, if any, browning of the item I'm cooking.

I was given 2 of these cookie sheets for Christmas a few years ago and I like them so well, I decided I needed a third. I often sell cookies, so, with a third sheet, I can let one cool while another is in the oven and I'm loading up the third one.

I really liked these cookie sheets. It took a couple of batches to get use to it, but they are worth the price.

Cookie sheet works perfectly from the first batch to the last. Definitely worth the price. My only advise would be to wash the cookie sheet thoroughly prior to use. If not well washed, it will have a film on the sheet after each batch.

Doughmakers cookie sheet

These are the best cookie sheets ever!!! The large one can fit about 2 doz cookies on it at a time so it cuts down on your time in the kitchen. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and they don't bend after being in the oven for a while. Stuff rarely sticks to them, so you don't have to keep greasing the sheets between batches.

Best of the Best

You can believe the Seller's description. NO sticking; NO burning; NO browned edges with under-baked centers. I've had 3 types of cookie sheets over the years: flat & shiny (my former Best); dark nonstick (Worst); and the two-layer

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

When freezing summer berries, spread them out in a single layer on baking sheets and freeze overnight. Then, transfer to freezer bags for storage. Freezing them individually before bagging them prevents the berries from freezing together, which means they'll be recipe-ready whenever you are.
