I like the heavy quality of the pans, did not like cooking scambled eggs in it , had to soak and scrape to get them off.

Conductive properties of Calphalon Stainless are good and therefore it makes a good omelette and works well on a ceramic cooking surface. However, cleaning following manufacturer's directions is difficult. This is because egg, and other items like breaded fish, or stewing chicken are hard to clean and easily stick to cooking surface. Following the directions and using only water, and no abrasives; the pan will not clean. Only teflon sponges and a little dish soap work. This leaves the pan unseasoned.

We really liked the construction of the pans, but were very disappointed with the way everything sticks in them even when using adequate oil.

Everyone says have to go with all clad but this stainless calphalon costs a lot less and you get a set. Think it's a great deal and love it a lot.

Pretty, cook well (other than eggs), easy to clean. Handles comfy, stay cool. The rim around pan is pretty sharp, though..........I actually cut myself!
