    Love this grill pan! I haven't had much opportunity to use the pan but it grills evenly, nothing sticks to it and love how it "grills" food.

    I have practically every pot and pan Calphalon makes and the only negative thing I can say is that by stacking the pots, your warranty is void. Who, honestly, has enough space to place them in a cupboard individually?

    Have grilled chicken and fish a couple of times since receiving the pan and it works very well on my glass top stove. I was concerned about the ridges on the bottom not making clean contact with the smooth top, but it worked fine. Key is to preheat well before adding a small amount of oil; then food! The size is generous. I'm a happy griller!!

    Now I use it rather than a flat griddle, an it does a better job of grease drainage. I do steaks, pork and bacon with no problem. It heats evenly, and cleans like a dream.

    After using a cast iron, very heavy, very hard to clean two-burner grill pan, this pan is a blessing. It heats up very quickly, cooks all types of foods - from meats to veggies, to a very nice tee! I like the fact that it requires only one burner, so I have the rest of my cook top free for other items. I still have plenty of room to cook meats and vegetable items at the same time in the same pan. Clean up is so quick and easy. I can't recommend this grill pan enough. If you like to grill indoors, and you like to cook with little fats/oils/added calories, yet enjoy delicious foods, this is the pan for you!
