    Purchased as a gift because mine was admired by the person I gave one to. Mine is not nonstick, but wish it were; that is a great improvement.

    Great product for stovetop grilling. I also use it to sear stak at a hing temperature before cooking on my outdoor grille. Really seals in the juices. I liked mine so much that I've already bought a second one for a gift.

    This pan works good for four people. It is stored with my pans that are round, but so far hasn't caused a problem. I like the non-stick surface because it allows me to clean the crevices in the pan easily.

    This pan cleans up beautifully and is perfect for meats and grilled sandwiches. The steel handles allow you to sear on the stove top and finish in the oven. I bought it on sale...great buy!

    Great value. The first time I used this pan I think I must have not let it get hot enough or I flipped the burgers too early because I had trouble getting grill marks. I have a ceramic top stove so I was excited to finally find a grill pan that indicated it could be used with this kind of stove. I am hoping that I get better results the next time I use the pan, though.

    This is the only place I could find a grill pan for a ceramic stovetop. I love the way it handles and I have gotten some pretty nice feedback from my family as how it cooks and presents the final product. My steaks and fish look like they were done in a resturant as well as my grilled vegetables. I love the

    I bought this grill pan since it was one of the few that will work with a glass/ceramic stovetop. Although I would have liked a bigger pan that would fit over 2 burners, this is a nice size and I can fit 4-5 chicken breasts or burgers on it (with one in the middle). I haven't been able to get great grill marks on my food yet but I'm still experimenting with the heat setting, etc.

    This Grill Pan lives up to its promises. I have used it for pork chops, sirloin steak and hamburgers. Everything came out great!! It was a good purchase and well worth the money. It is also easy to clean after using it. I am glad I bought it.

    I purchased this grill pan because my previous grill pan (Calphalon) was a little cheaper grade product and I was not happy with the way food stuck to it and remained stuck to the pan.
    This pan is a step or two up from what I had previously owned; however, after following all of the recomended directions on how to grill with it, I still have food sticking to the non-stick surface and I cannot remove it. Needless-to-say I am disappointed with this particular pan. Calphalon is my choice of cookware for years but their grill pans are giving me grief. I am considering sending it back.

    The Calphalon 11-in. Nonstick Square Grill Pan is a convenient size for the average cooktop and the average meal. It heats quickly (and doesn't require extremely high temperatures), cooks evenly and cleans easily. It browns nicely leaving the traditional grill marks. The handle stays remarkably cool. It has become one of my most-used utensils.

    I hadn't ever used one of these grill pans, so I wasn't sure about it at first, but I really like it. First, it's easy to use on my electric cooktop, makes grill marks on meat, chicken, pork, etc. Besides, I don't have to waste time heating up an outdoor grill, because this grill pan heats very quickly. Any fats or juices drain off the food, so it's very healthy, also.

    The key to success with this pan is to allow it to heat up 100% before placing the food in the pan, otherwise, the meat will stick. Fairly easy to clean. Hard to store.

    This grill pan is ever thing and more. Sear a 11/2 inch cut of beef on both sides on very high heat-smokin! Then place pan and steak or steaks into 350 to 375 degree oven with temp prob set to 132 degree alarm. When the alarm rings,turn broiler on for 3 to 4 min.and then serve from pan. I've cooked 6 New York strips at one time and they turned out super. The nice thing is that you never have to change cooking utensils.And the cleaning, a piece of cake, after all it's Calphalon!!
