    I am returning this because I specified that I did not want any products that were made in China. The other two items I received did have the Toledo imprint. This one was made in China.

    pan is too shallow

    This pan is too shallow for anything containing liquids. The sides are less than 1/4 inch high. I tried making scrambled eggs and they ran out of the pan and on the stove. I fried 6 slices of bacon and the grease reached the lip of the pan, dangerously close to running over and starting a fire.

    Buy two and loose the dumbells.

    The griddle is big and needs a large burner or heating element. The mass distributes the heat well because it has a lot of it ... mass that is. It reminds my wife of her exercise dumbells, so I may be the only one using it. Whatever problem you may have with this griddle, warping won't be one of them. Don't expect to fry an entire package of bacon on the thing without having bacon grease overflow the lowish edges and starting a kitchen fire. Perfect for omelets, sandwiches, pancakes, and other less flammable items.
