    Excellent roasting pan. It was very easy to accomodate in the oven with other items that needed baking, and most importantly, the cleaning was a breeze. It was the one thing about the meal I dreaded and took me propbably 2 minutes to clean. I wish I could use it for everything I cook. The handles on all four sides also makes it more user-friendly.

    Very heavy duty. Handles are convenient. I have used it on top of the stove and in the oven and have been pleased with the results.

    I am very pleased with this roasting set. It is very strong and durable,and the handles make it easy to put into and take out of the oven. I especially like the rack that came with it. In the short time that I have had it, I have cooked a roast beef and a large chicken, and the rack makes it so easy to work with. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving, and of cause I will be using my new Roasting Set, and yes it can handle a large turkey.

    I love the lifters. They have come in handy many times. The roasting rack keeps the meat just above the juices and makes removing it a breeze. The clean up is very simple and quick.

    We've had this calphalon roasting pan for 7.5 years - we got it as a wedding gift. It is still my favorite pan: easy to clean, looks great, and most importantly, it cooks beautifully.

    Now I buy this pan for others who are getting married - it's great for baking or roasting meats, poultry and veggies!

    12 lb turkey said 31/2 to 4 hours at 350 well it was done in 21/2 . Being off the bottom of the pan cooks quicker. Love that. Turkey came out perfect. Clean up a breeze and did not stick to rack either. Will try it with other food items like a rib roast, pork or beef. Was nice to just pick of the rack and remove the bird and then use pan to make gravy while bird cooled in rack. Love the pan.

    My wife prepares the turkies. We had 24 family members for dinner with 2 20lbs turkeys. The pan was a perfect size for our 24" oven. The clean-up was a breeze and we were very pleased with the nonstick feature.

    We used it for a roast beef and it cleaned up very easy.
    I'm afraid that when I go to use it for our annual 23-25lb turkey on Thanksgiving it will be to small.

    Great pan. The turned-in handles seem to make the pan easier to pick up when fully loaded. The handles do limit the size of anything cooked in the pan, but we never cook over a 20 lb. turkey, so it is fine for us. A bit pricey but I do love Calphalon and count on the durability.
