    Product seems to be hard to clean unlike my other pieces of Calphalon. My set seems to have a thicker coating than this one. The size is perfect for single portions. Thanks.

    This great pan has replaced a long line of poor quality pans---thank goodness. I was able to use them for awhile, but had to throw them away when they deteriorated. Then I would have to BUY a NEW PAN. That's one expense I don't have anymore. I'm very satisfied with the quality of this frying pan.
