Contemporary Bronze Nonstick Omelette Pan (8-in.) by Calphalon

As usual for Calphalon, this pan is a quality product. I have several larger Calphalon pans and needed a smaller one. This one fit my needs completely
And the copperish color is kinda cool too!

I have a whole set of Calphalon tri-ply, and love it. When I bought that, I had made the decision I didn't want to have anything with a nonstick coating because they never held up over the years. But I still wanted a small nonstick fry pan for cooking small breakfasts or other small meals. This fits the bill. I love the bronze color on the exterior. If I didn't already have the tri-ply set I have now, I'd probably purchase an entire set of the bronze. I do hope the nonstick will wear well with time.

Only non scratchable kitchen utensils can be used on the plans if you do not want scratch marks. I like the pans and so does my daughter. The pans cook food very nicely.

Pan overall works well; good heat dispersion. Handle is a little too short; bottom of pan is not perfectly flat, so it rocks on the burner a bit.

I have loved using Calphalon for years and ordered this strictly for the color. That the color was not the deep copper/bronze as shown was disappointing. In actuality, the color is not much different from my Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick. I rate Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick with 5 stars and the color difference as 1 star with a 4 star overall rating.
