    This omelet pan appears to be an answer, the Bronxe surface so far looks brand new, no stick or scorching. I have used it every morning since receiving it cleaning only with a paper towel, nothing else to remove

    I love this pan - it's the perfect size. The only things I would change is that you can't put it in the dishwasher and the handle seems a little short. It is right for the pan, just seems a little short. Anyway these are my favorite pans and when I find one that I need on sale...........I buy it!
