    Some time ago , I purchased this pan for myself . The description sounded pretty much like what I was looking for . My last purchase of two of the same pans were for gifts . I'm giving them as gifts because I think every cook should have one . Don't let the size fool you . This is a multi-use pan . I love everything about it
