Logo stamp interferes with baking

I much prefer Chicago Metallic aluminzed steel bakeware to aluminum bakeware, but I was very disappointed when I received this product. While it meets the quality standards I expect from Chicago Metallic, they have begun stamping the company name in the middle of their professional, non coated bakeware. Nice, heavy pans without being too heavy. They cook evenly and release the cakes with no problems. Their light color prevents the sides and bottoms from cooking faster than the center producing a nice, moist cake.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Rather than simply buttering-and-flouring your cake pans, and worrying that your cake will stick, go one step further: butter your pan, then cut out a round circle of parchment paper and place it inside the pan. Then, butter and flour the paper. When you cake comes out, simply peel off the paper and you're done.
