Crepes were never this easy!!!

The old caste iron skillet was good if you had everything just right, but
it is nothing compared to this crepe pan by Calphalon. It's perfect as
are the crepes that come out: I would recommend it to anyone serious
about making perfect crepes every time.

Incredible pan...

I love to make crepes...with this pan, I didnt have to use anything inside but the batter, no spray or oil, no butter, nothing! When it was time to flip it was effortless. Perfect, lightly browned crepes. My Grandmother had these special old cast iron pans she used for crepes, she would have thrown them out for one of these. And of course, with Calphalon, clean up is a soapy sponge, a few wipes and you are done. Beautiful weight to the pan. I cant say enough good things about this pan. The best thing though....the price. I almost felt guilty at the low price I got it for, I said almost. I love a bargain! This is my 8th or so peice of Calphalon and I am still as impressed as the first time I cooked with a Calphalon pan. For sure the best cookware out there.

The weight of the pan's metal handle overwhelms the weight of the pan itself, making it off balance and awkward to handle; a lighter handle would improve it. The handle is also too narrow for a good fit to the hand.

This product is the best, I own one and purchased this one for my son who loves to cook. He is as happy as I am with it. He made a frittata on New Year's morning and said it is the best pan he has worked with. I agree, I use it for many things, not just crepes.

I have used this pan for several different items, though not yet for crepes. It is easy to use, nearly non=stick. Has even heat distribution, and cleans up quickly and easily
