I was pleased with the weight and quality of the bread pans. I purposely ordered commercial pans since the store bought pans I previously owned were light weight and my bread cooked unevenly. Then I used porcelain pans but they are so thick that the baking time had to be extended and the crust got too brown. These are perfect. My only disappointment is that they are from a Chicago Company so I thought I was buying something made in USA. They were made in China. I am trying NOT to by products made in China.
I made a meat loaf in my loaf pan It came out terrific,clean-up a breeze, pan good quality 100%
I have not used this yet but I can tell that the quality is fantastic, just like other products that I have ordered from this line. I can't wait to use it!
