Quality stuff! Simple need met.

Durable, easy to use and clean - that's what I'd call this. Heats evenly without the nonstick surface and browns nicely. My oven runs hot so you should keep an eye on things until you get used to the heavy grade and resultant residual heat signature of this pan.

Overall a nice pan

I've been pleased with the weight, sturdiness, and performance of this pan. I purchased this along with 2 larger jelly roll pans, and 2 loaf pans from the same company. I have to say that with every one of the pans, I've been somewhat disappointed with the appearance of them after they've been used. For some reason, each of the pans have developed spots that appear to be slight rust or some other discoloration. I have followed all the manufacturers cleaning suggestions, so I do not think it is due to anything I've done other than maybe letting my pans occasionally drip dry. These spots cannot be removed and they annoy me because I wanted to keep my brand new pans looking that way.<br><br>Other than that, I love how it wipes clean in every other way with just a cloth in sudsy water. <br><br>One other point of interest. When I made my purchase on line, I was under the impression that these pans would be SHINY. They are not. They are a dull grey, which was also disappointing to me, since I set out to find high quality pans that are
