This gift has not been opened yet but when I read through it, it looked yummy....IN FACT is another AFTER Christmas gift I will be purchasing for myself along with a couple of other 30 minute meal books. I love the show & print recipes all the time (would be nice to just have them bound in a book or 3) LOL
Some recipes are simple enough but others again I would have to kind of replace some foods for more healthy foods. People with heart problems just can't or shouldn't eat all the high fat foods sometimes she uses. Otherwise it has good recipes
I love this cook book. All of the recipes are for meals that I have the ingredients for already. I appreciate the simple way everything comes together. I've watch Rachel Ray for atleast 5 years now, and I think she is a great source for delicious quick and easy meals. Since I work alot of hours, I appreciate that. Sincerely.
