Altho I was able to make several brews of very good coffee, the pot is now "acting up"....The cup display feature, lets little air bubbles form and I can't determine the number of cups of water that I've poured into the pot. Also I think the little internal filter gadget is a little gimmicky and cheaply made.

The wife found it hard to pull pot out.Coffee did not stay hot.Okay if using powder creamer.Time not user freindly.

Makes great coffee but pouring from the pot is not that easy. You have to turn the pot over so far to get the liquid out that it spills if you are not very carefull.

Nice looking machine. But, I wish the coffee would be hotter.<br>Then the warming plate shutts off after 20 minutes.<br>
