The wife found it hard to pull pot out.Coffee did not stay hot.Okay if using powder creamer.Time not user freindly.

Altho I was able to make several brews of very good coffee, the pot is now "acting up"....The cup display feature, lets little air bubbles form and I can't determine the number of cups of water that I've poured into the pot. Also I think the little internal filter gadget is a little gimmicky and cheaply made.

10 cups is never enough

Wish this was a 12 cup. Also filter basket must be aligned perfectly or you get a grounds mess. Otherwise, really nice looking and easy to use.
