I really like these mugs, they are just what I wanted.
The first time I ordered them 2 of them arrived broken. I called customer service and they immediately send me 2 more to replace them. Arrived timely, but unfortunately 1 of them arrived chipped. The only thing I would suggest is that they package them a little better because shippers are apparently not that careful with your packages.
The coffee mugs were exactly what I had been looking for for months! The perfect weight, size and design, they hold the heat well, and they look great, too. I felt the price was very reasonable. The order arrived quickly, and in perfect shape. I'm so glad I stumbled on your web site.
One of the four mugs I received turned out to have a faulty bottom, which immediately leaked. Had to throw that one away.
Based on a previous review, I ordered these cups and have been extremely pleased with them.
