They were a hit at our recent Tuscan-style dinner party. The table, dressed in bright reds and yellows of both the floral and dinnerware, set a dramatic backdrop for the cups simple white yet stylish design. The cup style and quality merit a 5 rating, with their susceptibility to black marks in the dish washer rating a 2, and their value for the price and quality also rating a 5, for an overall score of 4.

These cappucino cups are just the right size...not as small as an espresso cup, and not as large as a mug. Love the pristine white color. They are a nice weight as well. Great pick!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

When shopping for coffee, look for a few key terms that'll ensure the best possible brew. "Fair trade" means the coffee farmer was paid a fair living wage for his beans. "Organic" means the coffee trees weren't treated with any pesticides. "Shade grown" means the beans didn't come from coffee trees that were genetically modified to grow in the sun. Coffee trees naturally thrive in shady forests, but a lot of coffee these days comes from trees that were modified to grow in the sun, meaning that indigenous forests have been clear-cut to make way for large-production coffee farms.
