A coconut lovers delight!

I made these cupcakes hoping for luscious, moist, melt in your mouth coconut cupcakes but instead the texture of the cake was like a dry pound cake at best. The flavor of the cupcakes was great but the texture was too dry for me. I had to cook an extra 7 min because the center was still wet. The icing was way too sweet and the coconut was dry and brittle.

When I ordered this product, I expected to get a set of 2 boxes of the mix. Instead, I only received one. The description was misleading and I was disappointed.
