I love this book! And was in hopes that she would create it for a very long time. Sandra has such great ideas for cocktails. Now we need her to write her "Mocktail" book. This book offers a wide range of drink options and pairs them with foods. Too many cooks miss the extensive flavors offered by including alcoholic mixes in their cooking. This book opens doors for new ways to cook.
