I have had four of these for about 10 years and just bought another 4. They are great for side dishes on the table, little casaroles, fruit salads etc, salsa and chips etc........couldn't live without them
I'm using these to make chocolate lava cakes. They are the perfect size for an individual serving and the exterior color is vivid and equally distributed.
Love these! Use them to make Georges Vongerichten's warm, soft chocolate cake and they come out beautifully!

I guess my expectations were unrealistic but these are not worth the ~$28 dollars. I found similar ones at Bed Bath & Beyond for $14. I was very happy that the shipping was refunded because it was late. So thank you for that. The 'often' scale below is bad. There needs to be options for people that cook less often, but more than rarely. I primarily cook on weekends.
Overall, very high quality, but a little expensive given other items on the market like this.

Making crème brûlée but don't have a kitchen torch? Place the sugar-covered custards in the broiler, and watch carefully for one to two minutes.
