A terrific Quiche pan
by Glenda, CA
June 17, 2009

I love my new Quiche pan. This is a great size for larger parties or gatherings. the Quiche removes beautifuly from the pan. Absolutely no sticking and no crust shrinkage. However, adjust your cooking time. I had to cook the quiche for 10 additional minutes. Just keep an eye on that quiche until to figure out if you need to cook longer. A terrific pan, and worth the price because it is NOT made in China, but France, from years of tradition and quality materials!

I had one of these . My daughter borrowed mine and used hers and mine to make 2 quiches for a work pot luck. She now has two .
I replaced my original,Quiche Dish. There is no equal for making quiches..
My daughter used my recipe for Quice Lorrain and a Quice with spinach for more vegetarian dish.
She uses my Cook Book to duplicate the recipes I used to make for her and her sister.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

To easily trim dough to fit once it's been pressed into a tart or quiche pan, simply roll a rolling pin over the edge; the extra dough hanging off the edge will be trimmed off.
