I have a lot of the serving pieces and decided to buy the plates. I love them! Nothing sticks to them and they are super easy to clean.

They stand up to cooking and serving beautifully. I've never seen any dishes clean as easily.

I've been looking to replace our 11+ old dinnerware for some time. The Emile Henry Classic line offers a beautiful, clean design that lets the food be the star. I purchased the dinner plates, pasta bowls, salad bowls, and bread plate. Worth every penny! I just wish the 8-in salad plate wasn't sold out.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

When serving chicken to a crowd, think about 6 ounces of boneless meat per person or 8 ounces of bone-in. A 3-pound whole chicken should feed between 2 and 4 people, depending on what else you serve.
