I have a lot of the serving pieces and decided to buy the plates. I love them! Nothing sticks to them and they are super easy to clean.
I had three plates and three bowls of Emile Henry in yellow. They were purchased last year through Amazon.com. I eventually want to have a full set.
The plates I received from you had a different rim than the ones I have. The color was also a slightly different yellow. My rims were plain and yours had an extra rounded roll on the outside.
I called to return them, but while I waited for the return sticker, I decided to keep them. I didn't believe the return was going to come through. It took three or four days by mail and I was looking for it on my email.
They stand up to cooking and serving beautifully. I've never seen any dishes clean as easily.
I've been looking to replace our 11+ old dinnerware for some time. The Emile Henry Classic line offers a beautiful, clean design that lets the food be the star. I purchased the dinner plates, pasta bowls, salad bowls, and bread plate. Worth every penny! I just wish the 8-in salad plate wasn't sold out.

When serving chicken to a crowd, think about 6 ounces of boneless meat per person or 8 ounces of bone-in. A 3-pound whole chicken should feed between 2 and 4 people, depending on what else you serve.
