Reduced Scortching

Our old 4 qt pan looked almost identical & we used it for many years but had to be very careful not to scortch soups with any cream or other thickener. This new pan has the thicker bottom & is wonderful to use. No more running to the stove to "save" the soup.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Because of their concentrated tomato flavor, sun-dried tomatoes are excellent for quick-cook sauces. Buy the kind that are oil-packed in jars for the best taste.
