I purchased this cookie sheet and the bakeware set. The bakeware set from Calphalon is very nice (thick, but not too heavy with a nice nonstick surface) but this cookie sheet leaves a lot to desire. It is very thin and flimsy...cheap quality for the price. I had to buy another brand to complete my set. I was very disappointed!

While it can be used as a cookie sheet, its greatest value to me is as a surface to slide off cakes. These are the mold type of cake. You have a cavity in the cake that is filled with fruit and then need to invert it and slide it on the top of the other mold, also filled with fruit. This could not be done if thre was a lip all the way around.

I have decided to throw away all my other cookie sheets and change all my pans to these pans... Love it! Easy clean up and great cookies on this pan. Highly recommend you purchase one as well!

When I used the product the cookies stuck to the pan even though I greased the pan before I baked with it. Now I have a pan that has brown spots where the cookies were laying. I would not recommend this product

I love using the pans but they are very heavy.
