For the price of this pan, you would expect a perfectly made product. But upon first use, I noticed that it was somewhat malformed, with a flat spot in one area along the bottom edge. Still bakes good, but you'd expect better quality control from Calphalon.

Calphalon is made with quality materials and nonstick surfaces. I love to use them when reheating pizzas or cinnamon buns.

I haven't had any cakes stick to this cake pan at all. I really like the fact that they're larger than your normal cake pan as well. I've made many beautiful cakes with it.

Love the non-stick surface, cakes just slide out when flipped over! No messy spray or waxed paper lining needed.
