The Calphalon 17x12 pan arrived with a notice that warns against using the pan in an oven exceeding 450 degrees F, otherwise damage to the non-stick surface can occur.

Breads are often baked at higher temperatures, and I bought the pan for that purpose, thus I was disappointed to find the warning AFTER I purchased the item and not BEFORE.

I roasted two whole Prime Ribs Chistmas Day and found the results to be near perfect. Both cooked in one oven side by side and turned out nicely browned and medium rare throughout. Cleanup was a snap! I am really glad I purchased these 2 pans. Arvid Myhre

My husband bought me one of these pans for Christmas many years ago. One of the best gifts he could have gotten. I had to order a new one since I've used mine so much and I wanted another one to use for the holidays. Great product-worth the money.
