This knife is unbelievable! It slices meat like a dream, and it's great on some breads and cakes. May be my favorite knife, but all of the Wusthof knives I currently own are wonderful.

with this knife i was able to make very thin slices. it could be a little longer. overall its a good knife.

I have used it on roasts, prime rib, and hams. It glides through the meat without grabbing and tearing. Overall the knife feels good in the hand and like all other Wusthof products, it's well made.
